136.Outnumbered?
136.寡不敌众？
When Dan answered the knock on his door he never expected to be knocked on his head!
当丹去看是谁敲门的时候，他怎么也没想到他会被人当头打昏！
But he was and as he fell out into the yard he saw three men.
但他就是挨了一棒，在他倒到院子里时，他看见了三个人。
He knew their faces by heart; they were the criminals the police were searching for!
他记住了他们的脸相， 他们是警察正在追捕的犯人！
"Get up, you bastard! We know about how you told the police who we were!"
"起来，你这个浑蛋！我们知道你是怎样向警察告发我们的！"
Then one of them moved to kick Dan in the stomach.
接着其中一个人过来踢丹的肚子。
But Dan wasn't done yet; he knew a thing or two about fighting.
可是丹没有完蛋，因为他对打架很有经验。
He caught the foot, held it and then knocked the bottom out of the man.
他抓住那人的脚，把他扳倒了。
As he stood up the other two men were silent. They knew next to nothing of Dan.
他站起来的时候，另外两个人没有吱声。他们对丹一无所知。
They had no idea, for example, that he knew no bounds when it came to fighting!
比方说，他们不知道丹打起架来是不知限量的！
And he hated to be knocked down! Especially by lowlife like this!
而且他不喜欢被别人打倒！尤其是被这样的罪犯打倒！
"So you think you know all the answers, eh?
"这么说你们认为自己见多识广，嗯？
Well then, why didn't you knock me cold before you thought you were so powerful!
好，那你们为什么不在认为自己有本领之前把我打昏呢？
C'mon. Let's see if you can knock the spots off me now!" Dan said.
来吧，让我们看看你们现在是否能够轻而易举地战胜我！"丹说。
The second man came at Dan. But he knew inside out how this guy would fight.
第二个人向丹发起了进攻。但他完全清楚这个家伙会怎样动手。
He was down in a second. Tomorrow he wouldn't know on which side of his bread was buttered!
不到一秒钟，他就倒下了。明天他就不知道自己的利益所在了。
The last man hesitated!
最后那个人犹豫了！
"Are you going to surrender, or do I have to come and get you?" Dan said.
"你是投降呢？还是要我来抓你？"丹问。
The man ran! Dan caught him in an instant and beat him to the ground. He hated thugs!
那人撒腿就跑！丹立马把他抓住并把他打倒在地。他最恨暴徒了！
Then he called the police and they came and took the men to jail!
然后他报了警，督察过来把他们抓进了监狱！
"Thanks, Captain!" one police said to Dan.
"谢谢您，长官！" 一位警察对丹说。
"I've retired, Stan. No need to call me that anymore!"
"我已经退休了，斯坦，没有必要再叫我长官了！"
