China's State Council has recently issued a statement outlining its guidelines regarding further optimizing the foreign investment environment and intensifying efforts to attract foreign investments. The guidelines urged to improve the overall balance between domestic and international situations and foster a world-class business environment that is market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized.
国务院日前印发《关于进一步优化外商投资环境 加大吸引外商投资力度的意见》，要求更好统筹国内国际两个大局，营造市场化、法治化、国际化一流营商环境。
