Female visitors to Tang Paradise in Xi'an, Shaanxi province, could obtain free tickets to enter from June 15 to 19, which overlapped with the Dragon Boat Festival holiday this year, but only if they weighed more than 61.8 kilograms.

6月15日至19日，体重超过61.8公斤的女性游客可获得陕西省西安市大唐芙蓉园的免费游览门票，这段时间刚好是端午假期。

【讲解】

free tickets是免费门票；Dragon Boat Festival是端午节。
大唐芙蓉园（Tang Paradise）是仿照唐代皇家园林式样（traditional Tang Chinese architecture）重新建造的大型皇家园林式文化主题公园（theme park）。
景区西门外设有一个杠杆秤（beam balance），许多女性游客（female visitors）用杆秤称体重（weigh themselves）。
只要体重（weight）够61.8公斤被景区认定为最美唐妞（Beauty of Tang Dynasty），可换门票一张免费游览大唐芙蓉园。唐朝以胖为美（slightly overweight was one of the beauty standards）。
现场有不少女士排队等候（wait in line）参与活动。“哇噻！我够秤啦！没想到胖也成了优势（being overweight became an advantage）。”一位年轻女士开心地坐在秤盘上。
61.8公斤和唐朝著名美女杨贵妃（Imperial Concubine Yang）的体重差不多（approximate）。
