Steve: Hi Mike! How's your new position working out?

史蒂夫：麦克，你好。你的新工作职位怎么样？

Mike : You mean the new job? It's great. My new manager is really cool. She has been overseas for her Master degree as well.

麦克　：你是说我的新工作？很不错。我的新老板人很好。她在国外读过书，她的硕士学位就是在国外拿的。

Steve: Oh - your new boss is a woman? How do you feel about that?

Mike : No problems at all. Our company has Equal Employment Opportunity and supports International Women's Day.

Steve: Does that mean that even I can get a job there?

Mike : No Steve - equal opportunity doesn't mean we employ boneheads! Thanks anyway.
