It sounds strange, but saying "no" doesn't come easy for some people.

听起来有些奇怪，但是说“不”并不是每个人都觉得很容易的。

However, genuinely happy people don't buy into the idea of keeping others happy if you'r always down as a result.

但是如果你最后总是不开心，那么真正快乐的人不会总考虑这点的。

Instead, they exercise their right to say no, and doso in an assertive manner, that neither takes away from their relationships, or their own happiness.

相反，他们学着使用拒绝的权利，用一些比较好的方式，既不伤害感情，也不会牺牲自己的快乐。
