1. according to：根据，按照，据......说
e.g. According to the best available information, the facts are these.
根据最可靠的消息，事实如下。

2. jump into a conclusion：草率下结论，冒然断定
e.g. Don't jump to a conclusion before considering all the facts.

3. ought to：应该
e.g. I think you ought to give football a rest for a time.

4. take a night off：休息一个晚上，晚上不用工作
