Chpater7: Our favourite programmes
The Ko family have three children.Eric and Nancy like watching TV
Eric likes Catoon and Nancy likes pop music shows.
If the programmes are on the same times.The children sometimes argue about which one to watch.
Tony is the youngest child is two years old.
He likes playing with his toys more than watching TV.
He often asks his brother and sister to play with him but they are always busy.
One day Mrs Ko came home from work.As she opened the door she thought,
'The flat is very quiet.I wonder what the children are doing.'
She was very surprised to see them sitting quietly in front of the TV.
The weather girl talked about the weather for the next day.
'There'll be a typhoon tomorrow,'she said.
'The wind will be strong and there'll be a lot of rain.'
'Oh no!' said Eric and Nancy.They looked upset.
'What's wrong,children?' asked Mrs Ko.
I can't have a barbecue in the country park tomorrow,'said Eric.
'And I can't go to the beach with my friends,'said Nancy sadly.
Mrs Ko looked at Tony.He was very happy.'
'Great! Everyone will stay at home and play with me,
We can play hide-and-seek and have great fun! he said excitedly.

What's wrong,Joyce?Why are you looking so sad?' asked Stella.
'My pocket money blew away.Now I can't buy a birthday present for Tina,' said Joyce.
'Don't worry.It was my $100 note that away,not yours.
Now take this money to buy the present,'said Setlla.
And take this to buy a toy,'said Tina.
Joyce was very happy.Now she had the most pocket money!
