格言:
"Step into the discomfort; it's where the magic happens."
"How do I feel about asking for help, and what might that look like in practice?"
I often feel quite nervous about asking for help. For example, recently I ran out of data on my phone and needed internet access. I was wondering if the driver could share his hotspot with me, but I hesitated to ask. It took me almost 15 minutes into the drive to finally speak up. To my surprise, the driver was more than happy to share his internet with me. This experience reminded me that many people enjoy helping others, and I shouldn’t be so worried about rejection. Asking for help can often lead to a positive outcome for both sides.
