I try to examine the reasons and perspectives behind my discomfort, analyzing why I feel this way. I believe that thoughts often lie at the root of feelings and emotions. By identifying and understanding these perspectives, I work on shifting them. I also aim to use these situations as opportunities for self-improvement. Hopefully, the next time something similar happens, I’ll be better prepared to handle it and feel more at ease.
