I've been wanting to hire a team member to my Fly with Lily team, but I'm very scared to do it. I've had bad experiences working with others and felt very uneasy to delegate the tasks to other people. Also, I'm worried that I wouldn't be able to follow through on all the tasks that need to be done in my business. I worry that I would be less free by managing a team. All the worries and fear have stopped me from getting a team member. Although so far I really enjoy my work and the amount of work I have, I've been thinking about having someone to manage my social media and maybe even investing in ads.
