My Answer:
"I usually take 5 minutes in the first hour of my day for a gratitude journal. I review something nice from my previous day and thank the lessons I learn through difficult emotions. Those are the things I truly need to let go of. As for my physical space, I’m grateful I’ve been able to live my dream of traveling and don’t need to carry much with me."
