1. 出轨 cheat on sb
1. 恋爱脑 romantic fanatic
fanatic指“着迷的人”，romantic fanatic即“对恋爱着迷的人”，也可以说love-obsessed，“被爱情迷住了”，都可以用来表示“恋爱脑”。此外，我们还可以形容某人是hopeless romantic，指“不可救药的浪漫主义者”，这里的“浪漫主义者”指的就是“向往爱情的人”。
She's completely love-obsessed; it seems like she can't think about anything else but her boyfriend.
她完全是恋爱脑，似乎除了她的男朋友，她什么都想不了。
She's such a hopeless romantic, believing in fairy-tale love stories and all.
她可真是个恋爱脑，还相信那些童话式的爱情故事。

他已经成恋爱脑了。
2. 痴情的 lovestruck
lovestruck这里是struck表示“击中”，所以lovestruck指的是“被爱所击中的”，因此可以表示“痴情的”“热恋中的”。还可以用head over heels in love，head over heels指“颠倒的”，因此head over heels in love即“爱得神魂颠倒的”。此外，infatuated，besotted这两个词也可以指“爱得发狂的，痴心一片的”。另外一个常见的词是smitten，它通常表示“突然爱上，一下心动”的感觉。

3. 炒作 hype
hype指的就是“大肆宣传，炒作”，还可以说publicity stunt，publicity即“宣传”，stunt指的是“噱头”。“炒作”所引起的“讨论热度”可以用buzz来表示。
The movie's marketing team did a lot of hype to create buzz before its release.
电影的营销团队在上映前进行了大量的炒作，制造了话题。
The celebrity's scandal was just a publicity stunt to gain more attention.
那个明星的丑闻只是炒作，为了吸引关注。
It's so obvious they're just trying to create buzz with those dating rumors.

4. 连麦 connect with the host
“连麦”用connect就可以表达，这里的host指的就是主播。如果是主播和网友连麦，就叫connect with a guest。“邀请……连麦”可以说invite sb to join the live video，还可以说bring sb onscreen for a chat等等。
During the live streaming event, viewers can connect with the host and ask questions.
直播期间，观众可以与主持人连麦并提问。
