1. 性骚扰 sexual harassment
Sexual harassment是一个名词词组，如果要表达“对某人进行了性骚扰”，可以用sexually harass sb，而表达“被某人性骚扰”则是be sexually harassed by sb。如果想强调“遭到性骚扰”，可以用be subjected to sexual harassment。还可以用victimized by sexual harassment，victimize是victim的动词形式，指“使……受到伤害”，所以这来可以表示“受到性骚扰的伤害”。
She filed a complaint against her boss for sexual harassment.
她起诉老板提出性骚扰。
She was subjected to sexual harassment by her coworker.
她遭到了同事的性骚扰。
She claims she has been sexually harassed at work.
她声称在工作中受到性骚扰。
The employee felt victimized by sexual harassment from her supervisor.
那名员工感到自己受到了主管的性骚扰。
2. 发声 speak out/up
想要表达“勇敢发声”则可以加上bravely来修饰，或者用have the courage to speak up来表达。外媒在报道MeToo运动时，还常常使用come forward，指的是“（勇敢）站出来”，以及break the silence，“打破沉默”等。
She bravely spoke out about her experience of sexual harassment.
她勇敢地公开了自己被性骚扰的经历。
It takes courage to speak up against injustice and discrimination.
勇敢对不公和歧视发声是需要勇气的。
Victims of sexual harassment and assault are coming forward to share their experiences.
性骚扰受害者都在站出来分享她们的经历。
The Me Too movement has encouraged survivors to break the silence and speak up.
MeToo运动鼓励了挺过来的女性打破沉默，勇敢发声。
3. 吃瓜 grab some popcorn
因为看电影的时候常常吃爆米花，所以英文中用“吃爆米花”来表示看好戏，也就是“吃瓜”的意思，grab也可以用get代替。除此之外，tea也常被用来表示“八卦”，spill the tea即“爆料”，the tea about sb即“某人的瓜”。Scoop原指“独家新闻”，也可以表示“八卦”。

琼和珍妮又来了，吵得不可开交呢，快吃瓜！

4. 指控 accuse sb of sth
Accuse sb of sth指的是仅仅提出这种控诉，但没有到法庭去上诉，表达“指控”还可以用allegation。而charge sb with sb或sue sb for sth指的都是走法律程序的“上诉，起诉，控告”。注意这几个词介词搭配的不同。
The company was accused of unethical business practices.
这家公司被指控从事不道德的商业行为。
He felt deeply wronged by the allegations.
这些指控让他感到深受冤枉。
He was charged with murder.
他被指控犯有谋杀罪。
He sued the newspaper for libel.
他起诉那家报社犯有诽谤罪。
