Xiaobo：Welcome! Black coffee? Okay. Well, let's begin with a serial killer in California. It was early in the morning, a 40-year-old Hispanic man jogged alone on a dimly lit street,and then guns broke the silence. The man was fatally shot.

小波：欢迎。美式？好的。好，今儿就从美国加州连环杀人案开始讲起。清晨，一名40岁的西班牙裔男子独自在昏暗的街道上慢跑，然后枪声打破了沉静。男子被枪杀身亡。

Xiaohua：That's it?

小华：就没了？

Xiaobo：Let me finish. Four Hispanic men and one white man were killed. So, these homicides since April have unsettled residents. This might be the work of a serial killer.

小波：让我说完。四名西班牙裔男子和一名白人男子被杀，所以，四月以来的这些凶杀案让居民们感到不安。这可能是连环杀手干的。

Xiaohua：What's his motive?

小华：他的动机是什么？

Xiaobo：Who knows! It seems that all the victims were all the men between the ages of 21 and 54.

小波：谁知道啊。似乎所有的受害者都是年龄在21到54岁之间的男性。

Xiaohong：I heard that a 46-year-old Black woman was shot but survived her injuries.

小红：我听说一名46岁的黑人妇女中枪，但是没有受到致命枪伤。

Xiaobo：Yes. According to the Black woman who survived, she was in her tent when she heard someone walking around her campsite. When she stepped outside, she saw someone wearing dark clothes and a mask pointing a gun at her.

小波：是的。据幸存的黑人妇女说，当她听到有人在营地周围走动时，她正在帐篷里，当她走出去的时候，她看到一个穿着深色衣服带着面具的人拿枪指着她。

Xiaohua's Boyfriend：Well, shit happens! That's America.
