Janice: Alright, Steven, are you ready to start your annual review?

Janice: Great. Well, first, you are a great employee and I'm very pleased with your work.

Janice: This evaluation is broken up into 4 sections and you got a score for each. The highest score is 5. You got three 4s and one 5.

Janice: That was for sales goals. You passed performance goals every quarter this year.
