Boil是动词，表示“煮开水、使沸腾”。Don't boil the ocean这句话的直译是，别想把大海里的水统统煮沸，用我们中国话来说就是：不要好高骛远，脚踏实地干吧！如何做到呢？ Canace给大家来支招：要想不好高骛远，首先别整天搞概念、搞假大空，别幻想去烧开四海之水，而要拟定具体的计划，并脚踏实地的去实施。

2. The devil is in the details.
Devil是“魔鬼”的意思，detail表示“细节”。英文中很多俚语都和魔鬼挂钩，再比如speak of the devil表示“说曹操曹操到”，情境体会一下：Speak of the devil. We were just talking about you. 说曹操，曹操到。我们刚才正谈到你呢。好的，回到the devil is in the details这句话中，这句话直译是魔鬼藏在细节中。用比较顺口的中文，这句话应该可以翻译为"细节决定成败"。

3.Roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
这句话是在一个论坛中看到的，人家说是入职高露洁时收到的Welcome Letter中出现的句子。roll up one's sleeves字面意思是卷起衣袖， 实际上表示ready to take action , 准备做（一件事）。而get your hands dirty字面意思是让你的手弄脏，意思是实际参与到工作中，自己动手、亲力亲为。Roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty希望这句话可以给爱幻想、犹犹豫豫的朋友们带来启发。脚踏实地去做，你终有所收获。
