话题15 海关申报

根据我国出入境法律规定，公民须在指定的口岸出入境并向边防检查人员交验护照和出境登记卡。公民出境携带行李物品免税数量和价值在限量和限值的范围内，允许携带物品如食品、衣料、烟、酒、电器等，限制出境物品如金银、外币、海关限量管理的其他用品等。
