用：后面常接jazz，rubbish，nonsense，tripe．stuff, kind (sort) of thing，
等等，以避免重复前面已提到的东西、事情等。

your back straight and all that jazz.

用：用做答语，加强语气。这个习语有时也用做反语来讽刺别人，表示才不是这么回事。
