STUART: Elizabeth. Hello.
ELIZABETH: Stuart.
STUART: Could I just take a few moments to show you this short presentation I put together in regards to the Linderman Building.
ELIZABETH: Stuart. It looks very well-organized and well-prepared. But we are on the run we got to go, so tomorrow, perhaps?
STUART: It will actually just take a few minutes, I promise.
ELIZABETH: Alright, you've got two minutes.
STUART: Two minutes? Alright. 'The renovation of downtown Los Angeles and the purchase of the Linderman building'
ELIZABETH: Yes, Stuart, we can both read.
STUART: First let me give you a little bit of a background.
ELIZABETH: Hold on a second here. This is very cluttered and confusing, what am I supposed to be looking at?
STUART: Actually these are all iconic buildings located in downtown Los Angeles, but more specifically I want you to focus right here in the middle on the Walt Disney Concert Hall which was constructed back in two thousand, which started a multibillion dollar construction to renovate the downtown area. In fact, this is the budget for the city of Los Angeles, and if you look at Figure one, this is the budget for the city of Los Angeles in the year two thousand. Now the portion in red is the amount of money that was allocated towards the downtown Los Angeles area. If you look at figure two, this is Los Angeles' current budget. Now you can see that that number has significantly increased ever since then.
STUART: Now by far this is the largest investment ever for the city of Los Angeles. Now their willingness to throw that much money at the renovation shows how serious they are about the project.
STUART: Are there any questions?
ELIZABETH: No, Stuart it looks excellent, very nice presentation.
STUART: Just a couple of minutes, please.
ELIZABETH: OK. One more minute.
STUART: Moving on.
