今天，我很高兴能有机会同青年朋友见面，讲几句话。青年是国家和民族的未来，也是维护世界和平与发展的主力军。
青年富于朝气和活力。他们积极向上，对新鲜事物充满了好奇，强力的求知欲促使他们了解世界。
各国青年如能有足够的交流途径来促进互相理解，那么世界的和平与发展就有了充分的保证。
我希望在座来自世界各地的青年朋友，能畅所俗言，传递经验，把世界青年团结友爱的事业推向前进。
