Oh no, this' s a tricky one. Thank god it's not my girlfriend who's asking me this question because no matter which one I choose, she will be pissed off. Way too sensitive to talk about flaws of different genders with her hahaha.

Well, roughly speaking...I don't have a clue about why we have to analyze this issue in terms of gender. I think personality and professional training...or habits, let's say, play way more important parts in whether a person is a good time manager or not so basically I think it has nothing to do with what sex a person is.
