Jane,yesterday I got a call from the local police station to pick up Biggi.She seems to have had her purse and passport stolen.
珍，昨天我接到当地警察局的电话，叫我去接比琪，她好像钱包和护照被偷了。
Poor Biggi.She's the German student in your class.

Oh,that Biggi?Really?She had her purse and passport stolen?

Yes,so I went to the police station to pick her up.She told me what happened to her.She told me that she realised a fastener on her bag was open at Embankment Station.
是的，所以我去警察局接她。她告诉我发生了什么事，她说她在“堤防站”发现包包的拉链是开着的。

然后呢？
She thought that was a bit strange,as she was sure she'd closed the fastener when she left a souvenir shop.
她觉得有点奇怪，因为她很确定，她在离开纪念品店的时候有把拉链拉好。
So she searched her bag and found that her purse and passport were gone.
所以她就翻了一下包包，结果发现钱包和护照不见了。
She rushed back to the shop but they said nothing was there.She also looked around outside the shop,but again,couldn't find them.
她冲回那家店，但是他们说没看到任何东西，她还在那家店外面找了半天，但是一样没找到。
Did she have a lot of money in her purse?
她钱包里面有放很多钱吗？
Not so much cash.But you know,credit cards and ID and so on...
现金不是很多，但是你知道的，有信用卡，身份证件之类的...
Oh,poor Biggi.Has she reported it to the German Embassy?
喔，可怜的比琪。她向德国大使馆报告这件事了吗？
Yes,she has.
有，报告了。
So all she can do now is just wait for her passport to be reissued...oh,poor Biggi.
所以她现在也只能等着护照重发了...喔，可怜的比琪。
