Well, it looks like you had a very busy and extensive schedule in the past days, traveling to Guangdong, Shanghai, here in Beijing,
看来您过去几天的行程非常繁忙，先后访问了广东、上海和北京，
visiting those high-tech companies as well as taking the high spee train and even enjoyed a performance of traditional Canton Opera and even try a little bit.
参观了高科技公司，还乘坐了高铁，甚至欣赏并尝试了了传统粤剧表演。
This is you and your wife trying the costumers of the the Cantonese Opera. And also I heard you're a big fan of Chinese food.
您和您夫人在试穿粤剧戏服。我还听说您非常喜欢中国菜。
And this is right when you were cutting the roast suckling pig and you love the Peking duck.
这是您在切烤乳猪，您很喜欢北京烤鸭。
So first of all, at the start of our conversation, could you share with us your overall impressions and feelings about the trip so far?
首先，在采访正式开始前，您能和我们分享一下此次访华的总体印象和感受吗？
Well, many had to say. Peking duck because we had it here on our arrival. So it was very tasty.
有很多要说的。我们一到北京就吃了北京烤鸭。很美味。
And I understand that Chinese ambassador in Vanuatu brought us to one of the traditional restaurant, small but beautiful. Well it's so going to be my second offshore visit to China.
中国驻瓦努阿图大使带我们去了一家精致的传统餐馆。这是我第二次访问中国。
I'm always impressed to see big changes, but especially innovations made by China, and especially the cities,
中国发生的巨大变化，特别是创新，总是给我留下深刻的印象。中国的城市尤其让我印象深刻。
because a big impression is to see how China continue to maintain and keep its culture because I think it's a basis of everything to know where you come from and to understand where we are today.
中国在保护与传承文化方面也给我留下了深刻印象。因为文化是一切的基础，它能帮助我们不忘本源、了解当下。
And I think China is doing a lot to maintaining its culture but at the same time doing innovating into transformation of its cultures today and it comes from a long way.
在保护文化的同时，中国也在不断推动文化创新。这需要很长的时间。
You know some hardship the government but also the people of China.
中国政府及其人民都经历了一些困难。
So I'm impressed to see what it is done, especially how. China associate infrastructure development with nature. That's meant to keep to continue to keep the environment.
中国取得的成就让我深受触动，尤其是在基建与保护自然、保护环境相结合方面。
It's a fault as well to the climate change by maintaining ecosystem in place.
维护生态系统来应对气候变化是一项挑战。
So I think it's something that for a small country like Vanuatu, it's just important to learn. So we are here. I mean I'm here with my delegation to learn.
我认为这对瓦努阿图这样的小国来说，学习借鉴非常重要。我带领代表团来到这里，就是为了向中国取取经。
