I think before I talk about the five patterns of cooperation, I would like to talk about the context of president Xi Jinping speech,
在谈五种合作模式之前，我想先谈一下中国国家主席讲话的背景。
which was a very important context, in which he spoke about warm historical relations between China and the Arabs,
这是非常重要的背景，他在讲话中谈到了中国和阿拉伯国家之间温暖的历史关系，
and in which he laid the foundation for this relation, which is mutual respect, mutual cooperation, mutual benefit.
并为这种关系奠定了基调，即相互尊重、相互合作、互利互惠。
And this is exactly what the Arab world misses in its historical relations with the West.
而这正是阿拉伯世界在与西方的历史关系中所缺少的。
President Xi Jinping defined five patterns for this relation: the innovative pattern, the economic and finance, the energy.
中国国家主席为这种关系确定了五种模式：创新模式、经济和金融模式、能源模式等。
But in each one of them, the people to people... but in each one of these patterns, he stressed mutual benefit for all parties, reciprocity for all parties.
但在每一种模式中，他都强调各方的互利互惠。
And I think this is the most important point that President Xi Jinping is stressing.
我认为这是中国国家主席强调的最重要的一点。
Because he's stressing a global joint future for humanity, speaking against war, speaking for peace, for development.
因为他强调人类命运共同体，反对战争，提倡和平与发展。
And so this is where the importance is because it gives China a very different dynamic from the Western dynamic which is only interested in wars, in stealing people's resources and fortunes.
这就是其重要之处，因为它赋予了中国一种与西方截然不同的格局，西方只对战争感兴趣，只对窃取人民的资源和财富感兴趣。
He spoke about the Middle East. He said God has bestowed the Middle East with great wealth. But because of the wars there's no development.

So it is very important the construction of president Xi Jinping strategic vision for China.

Syria considers China a very essential partner in the world and would love to move all our economic and trade relations and innovative and financial relations to work with the China, instead of working with the West.
叙利亚认为中国是世界上非常重要的合作伙伴，并希望将所有的经济和贸易关系、创新和金融关系转移到与中国合作，而不是与西方合作。
But this needs... we need help from China to be able to do that and I hope that China will invest a lot more in Syria.

And president Xi Jinping said that the great relation between the Chinese and the Arab people was built on warm, friendly, historic relation in the Silk Road.

And I hope that now with one road that China will be able to restore and we are more than ready to put our hands in the hand of China and to work together for a better future for humanity at large.
