At least 20 deaths are reported as a brutal winter storm has much of the US freezing, immobilized and without power. Three people were found dead after a tornado in North Carolina and four died in a house fire in Houston.
Up to 3 million people in Texas have gone 36 hours or longer without power. The winter storm knocked power plants offline earlier this week and officials say it's unclear when energy will be restored.
