Expressways shut down. Living vehicles stranded. The continuous snowfall in Handan City of North China's Hebei province cost icy road conditions. Local authorities have adopted various measures to minimize the impact of the snowfall and ice on traffic while sanitation workers have been removing snow since early morning. Traffic administrative authorities dispatched teams direct the traffic and ease the congestion.
