According to the bureau, all nine suspects including two women ate at a barbecue restaurant in Lubei district,

where Chen, the main suspect, allegedly sexually harassed a female diner, who was with three friends.

The PSB says her friends intervened. Chen and the other eight suspects then assaulted the women, according to the bureau.

Police were called, but did not reach the scene until 28 minutes later.

All four women were injured, two sustained minor injuries and left the hospital that day after a physical exam.

The bureau's statement said the other two women are still in hospital.
