Different team but that was your team.
变成不同的球队，但已经成为你的球队了。
Well I mean my team in a sense of,
我的意思是我的球队在某种意义上来说，
There being lots of confusion of what it means to have your team,

It's not of oh I'm the man on this team, I get all the touch, that's not what that mean, What it means is that your DNA is firmly imprinted on this team.
不是就是简单的说，我就是这个球队的老大，我拥有所有决策权，那不是拥有一支球队真正都意义，我的意思是你的基因对球队打下深深的烙印。
Right? so you have a team, the way that the team performs is a direct reflection of what you bring to practice every day.
对吗？所以当你拥有球队，球队的表现是你自身每天训练带给球队的影响的直接反映。
sometimes we have two individuals you know whose team it is, you have team that split, You have one personality that's more gravitating into a shelf, one is gravitating to his mind, you have that, right?
有时球队有两个突出的人物，你知道这是谁的球队，这样球队开始分帮派，有些人更支持其中一个人，一些人更支持其他人，有这种情况，对吗？
in our team we did not have that,
当时我们的球队没有这种情况，
I mean we work every single day, Phil gave us no days off ever, I don't care if it was a back-to-back, we are practicing the next day, we are practicing for 3 hours, and we work like dogs, man.
我们每天训练，菲尔从来没有给我们一天休息，我不在乎我们是不是刚打完背靠背，我们第二天训练或者我们训练3个小时，我们像狗一样苦练。
