这是个专业的问题,但Dom以入门级同学可以听懂的方式解释如下:
Whether it's weight loss or weight gain, it's all about calories.
If you are losing weight, it's because you have something we call 'calorie deficit'.

当然,也不能认为健身就是唯一变瘦的因素,因为摄入卡路里这个事情不好控制,关键在于吃。
