Ray接着又说了在外用餐的另一个问题，他说：

Oily food 油腻的食物，你懂的，也可以说 fatty/greasy food

Food，和vegetable, fruit一样，强调不同种类时，可以做可数名词，也就是foods, fruits这样

They use a lot of spices to get those flavors busting into your mouth.

Busting into your mouth, 这个bust是个很地道的表达。Bust本意是'try extremely hard to do sth.'，极尽…之能事。

如果说get those flavors busting into your mouth，那意思就是，饭店为了让饭菜口味诱人，有时候真的会过度使用香料。

Don't make it a regular habit of doing sth. 不要养成……习惯，当然一般是指坏习惯

这也是我们不敢太多吃饭店的重要原因之一啊，听起来就很恶心的地沟油，Ray给出了一个真正地道且生动的对应表达——gutter oil

Flavorful & tasty辨析

Flavorful 美味的，有风味的，不妨理解为'full of flavors'更容易记清楚，就是酸、甜、咸、麻等好多味道交织混杂，强调口感丰富
Tasty 可口的，美味的，意思相对单纯一些，就是好吃，但一般不用来指甜食
It tastes pleasant on your tongue. 这个搭配也是非常地道，形容美食可以直接和it's tasty替换。

It gives a really nice punch in your mouth, so it's like very whole-packed.

Ray给出的这句解释非常生动，首先punch有“击打、猛击”的意思，在这里意思延伸为“味觉冲击”。

Be whole-packed，全套的，这里指“味觉丰富的，滋味十足的”，我个人的表达会是，比较的“滋味大全”。
