so these things pretty much always live in my pantry

i'm using the lime pickle as well for that lovely sort of light zingeness

there's actually only two fresh elements

I've got beautiful cherry tomatoes that are nice and bright

and some lovely flaky white fish

so in a way you've only got two things to go and buy fresh

so let me show you this

gorgeous different colored tomatoes

cut these tomatoes in half

get a pan on a high heat

that's a nonstick pan and go in with just a tablespoon of oil

put the tomato skin side down

and I just want to score of those

so this is the beginning of the story as the pan heats up

you can put a few in whole if you want as well

so 500 grams of beautiful tomatoes

they're kind of blistering them and charring them

it's a little detail but it does help

I'm using haddock here today

Five hundred grams but it could be whiting, megaohm Cod

anything you can get the sustainable

just cut it into little chunks about four centimeter
鱼肉切成4厘米左右长的小块
we'll put that straight in

give it a nice little shake

and at the moment this is completely neutral

you know we could go to theMediterranean we could go to Greece, Italy

but we want to take it to India

and for that I'm going to use the Patak‘s Paste

I've used it forever this is legit

this is like made with love and care

there's a whole bunch of stuff in here

ground roasted toasted looked after
蒸炒煮炖都可以搞定
so I want one heaped tablespoon

now I have the jars and they're brilliant
但我这儿有好几罐，超赞的包装
but these little pots are great
但这些小包装也非常棒
there's one peak tablespoon in there
这里面差不多是一满勺的量
I'm using the lime pickle here and again
我现在准备放酸柠酱了
there's a lot of love and care in here, I love my pickle

and you'll get a lovely sort of sourness from the lime

the smell already is phenomenal

I'm gonna go straight in with some coconut milk
现在准备放椰奶了
give it a shake and literally that needs to simmer for like six minutes gently
倒之前摇一摇，这一锅差不多文火煮6分钟
and you're gonna have the most delicate delicious colorful beautiful curry
煮好之后就是一道精美、可口、漂亮的咖喱
so guys look at that come on in no time at all

it smells incredible

all I do now is just taste the sauce and correct the seasoning

so salt pepper if you like its nice mild spices

mmm what's so good about that is even though it's so so fast it's complex
