and how cute are these little penguin cupcakes? Too cute to eat?

Almost, but they're delicious so not quite.

We're gonna begin by using Wilton's White Decorator Icing.
首先用到惠尔通白色调色糖霜。
I'm gonna color a small portion of it red and orange using Wilton's Color Right System.
需要用惠尔通食用色素分别把一小部分染成红色和橙色。
We're gonna start with our tip 2A and I'm gonna pipe a 2A swirl.
需要用到花嘴2A，然后用花嘴2A挤出螺旋状。
I'm gonna start in the middle here, just do a little dollop in the middle and go around.
从中间开始，首先在中间挤出一小块，然后绕着该小块转圈。
Now it doesn't have to be perfect 'cause we're gonna go ahead and smooth it out.
挤出的形状不一定要很完美，因为我们之后需要把它抹平。
What we're doing here is we just want the heighth 'cause we want our penguin nice and round.
我们想要达到一定的高度，因为这样企鹅才会光滑饱满。
I'm gonna go ahead and take a spatula, I'm gonna smooth it out.
拿出抹刀然后把它抹平。
Next we're gonna pipe the little heart that he's holding.
接下来需要制作企鹅拿着的心形。
So you're gonna wanna have a little bit of corn starch ready.
所以需要提前准备好一点玉米淀粉。
Corn starch is gonna be your best friend in this project
在制作该款蛋糕时，玉米淀粉会是你的得力助手，
and you'll see why in just a minute.

To pipe the heart I'm gonna get down closer to my cupcake here
制作心形需要拿着裱花袋靠近纸杯蛋糕的这里
'cause I'm gonna do it on the side.

It's gonna be half on my icing and half on the liner.

And then we're gonna fill it in with zig zags

and the zig zags don't have to be perfect 'cause we're gonna pat it out with the corn starch.

Next we're gonna pipe our penguins face.

so what I like to do for this is I like to do another heart on top of the heart we just did

and we're gonna finish off by piping around on the cupcake.

And don't feel like you have to do one solid motion.

You can start and stop because we're gonna smooth all this out a spatula.

To smooth it out even more you can also do what we did with theheart and dip your fingerin a little bit of corn starch

and just pat down some of those peaks you may have.

Now that our chocolate icing is smooth we're gonna take that same chocolate icing

and we're gonna pipe his little eyes.

Now that his eyes are done we're gonna finish him off with a little beak.

So, remember I have my orange icing here with a tip 352

and we're gonna pipe two leafs together and that's gonna make his little beak.

And there you have it, we're done.

I'm in love with this little penguin. He is so cute.

He is perfect for Valentines Day, Galentines Day,

no reason at all or for every reason.
