You probably want to try out the sushi
你可能会想要尝一尝寿司
But with thousands of Sushi shops just in Tokyo alone
但仅仅是东京，就有上千家寿司店
It may be pretty hard to choose which one to go to
所以可能很难决定去哪家
so in this video let me show you some of my favorites in Tokyo
今天的视频呢，让我来跟大家介绍一下东京我最喜欢的几家寿司店
that are delicious, fresh, unique, but also at the same time at a very affordable price

there are many different types of sushi restaurants in Japan

each of them offering their own uniqueness and specialty

so in this video I will give you a variety and range of the different types of sushi restaurants

you could try out, starting with the display here

So the first place is the shop here we have come to called "Zauo"
我们来的第一个店叫“Zauo”
what unique about the shop is that you can actually fish for your own fish
这家店的特别之处在于你可以自己钓做寿司的鱼
so you get the fish, it's actually a little bit cheaper than if you just order it
自己钓的话比直接点便宜点儿
and it's so much more for fun
而且超级好玩
so I'm gonna try fish for the fish now
现在我要钓鱼啦
and you have to make sure you get the right fish
你得保证你钓的鱼是适合做寿司的
this probably gonna take some time
可能得要一会儿才能钓到
after you get the fish, you can actually choose how you like the fish to be cooked
钓到鱼之后，你还可以选择烹饪的方式
and I chose Sushi and I also got it boiled
我选择一半做寿司一半烹饪
and then it's got soy sauce and meat
这里面有酱油和肉
and it's under $30 as well
还不到30美元
so it's a great price and it's fresh
真的是非常的实惠又新鲜
when you eat Sushi, you actually dip it from...
吃寿司的时候，你要这么蘸……
you don't dip the rise in the soy sauce,
不要把米饭往酱油里蘸
you put it around and you dip the fish in the soy sauce.
要转一下，然后把鱼肉在酱油里蘸一下
Big bite...Give me a second.
好大一口……等我一小会儿。
So that was a big-mouth food.
刚才太大口了。
it's not chewier than I thought.
并没有我想象的那么有嚼劲，
and the flavour, it's not too strong,
而且腥味儿也不重
so it's not like your tuna, fatty tuna and salmon which got a really strong flavor
不像金枪鱼、金枪鱼腩或是三文鱼味道那么重
but this is as fresh as you can get for Sushi
但是这个寿司真的是不能更新鲜了
I just caught this fish, the red snapper
我刚刚抓到了这条鱼，抓到了这条红鲷
and now they made it for me
他们就给我做成了这个样子
they normally have the ginger, the pickled ginger on the side
寿司旁边一般都会放姜片，泡姜片
and that's for you eat to clean your palate so you can taste the next sushi
这样你可以在吃下一个寿司之前清洁自己的味蕾
so right now we are at Midoli Sushi
现在我们到了美登利寿司店
and this is one of my personal favorites
这家店也是我最爱的店之一
and you can tell it's a very popular shop amongst the locals and the tourists
从排的长队可以看出，这家店在当地人和游客中间都非常受欢迎
when you first arrive, you have to get a ticket and then you line up
到了之后要取号排队
but those lines can be very long and you can wait very long time
但是排队的人可能会很多，你可能需要等很久
so what I recommend, this is a tip from me, is to make a reservation online
所以我推荐，这是我的一个小建议，先在网上预订
and when it's near your number that's when you finally come to the shop
快排到你的号的时候再来店里
so then you don't have to wait that long
这样就不用等太久
There's also an English menu if you can't understand Japanese
如果你不懂日语，这家店还有英文菜单
so you can either order a set or you can order several items, the fish you like
你可以点套餐，也可以拼几种你喜欢的鱼
so I got the eel and this big piece of Sushi is 630 yen
我点了鳗鱼，这么大一个寿司才630日元
so that's a great price
真的是非常实惠
what I love about Midolizsushi is that they give a really generou piece of fish at the top
我喜欢美登利的地方在于他们家给的肉分量特别大
what a lot of other Sushi shops do is that they got a lot of rice
很多寿司店都是放很多米饭
so that you get full on that
你吃米饭就吃饱了
this is really good quality for the price
这个价格，这鱼肉也太值了
it's such a big piece fish
超级大的一块鱼肉
so I couldn't even fit it in my mouth well at once
我一口都吃不下
but absolutely love this place, one of the best ships in Tokyo
但绝对爱这家店，绝对是东京最好的寿司店之一
so I do recommend it
我强烈推荐大家来这家店
and there are a lot of other shops around Tokyo, so definitely check those out as well
