how many of you have a friend who just like to talk about themselves all day?

so ask them questions about how you can help them out not about what you can get for yourselves so that's kind of, yeah

but always ask good questions so a couple of questions I gave in these examples

one of them would be like what's position, what's the reason for your position opening out?

If they tell you well, people can't stick with this job, you know it's, we have we have high turnover it's really stressful

you can talk about you know what that your opportunity to say Oh Ok. Great, some people can leave out that

Actually be able to help you out So the way to look at it is ever play tee ball?

Take the ball, put it on the tee and you smack a home run

You don't have to do anything even I can do a home run I suck at base ball

so you ask them of the question one that shows you've done your research and it impresses them

but then you set up for just their response is a tee ball the home run for you
之后，面试官的回答就给你架起了你用来打出全垒打的乐乐棒球了
so question such as what are the biggest challenges that someone face in this role?
所以类似这样的问题人们从事这一工作时面临的最大挑战是什么
and they'll tell you and then they give you the opportunity to put your cards back on the table
他们就会告诉你有哪些挑战这就给你机会让你把你的卡片重新放在桌上
and tell them how you can meet their needs
